DNC Solutions Limited is a cleaning services company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "DNC Solutions" in these terms refer to DNC Solutions Limited. References to "you" or "the client" refer to the individual or business engaging our services.

2. Our Services
We provide the following cleaning services:
- Residential cleaning — regular weekly or fortnightly home cleans
- Commercial cleaning — contract cleaning for offices, gyms, clinics, and other business premises
- End of tenancy cleaning — thorough cleans to prepare a property for handover
The specific scope of each service will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge following a site survey or consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once accepted, the agreed price is fixed for the duration of the initial contract period unless circumstances materially change (e.g. significant increase in the size or scope of work required).
We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes. You are free to end the agreement if you do not accept a price change.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued monthly in arrears unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
- We accept bank transfer and direct debit
- Late payments may incur a charge of 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services
5. Access and Client Responsibilities
To allow us to carry out your clean, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time
- Ensure the premises are safe for our staff to work in
- Inform us of any hazards, restricted areas, or special requirements before work begins
- Provide access to water, electricity, and waste disposal as required
- Store away fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to our visit if you have concerns about them
If we are unable to access the premises at the agreed time through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to charge for the missed visit.
6. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Carry out all services with reasonable skill and care
- Ensure all staff are appropriately trained, DBS-checked, and uniformed
- Follow our colour-coded cleaning system and COSHH guidelines at all times
- Use COSHH-compliant cleaning products
- Provide photographic evidence of completed cleans where agreed
- Hold valid public liability insurance of no less than £5,000,000
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the visit fee
- Same-day cancellations may be charged in full
- We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible if we need to reschedule a visit on our side
8. Termination of Contract
Either party may terminate a rolling service agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Fixed-term contracts may be terminated early only by mutual agreement or in the event of a material breach by either party.
We reserve the right to terminate immediately if:
- A client's premises pose a risk to the health or safety of our staff
- Payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days
- A client behaves in an abusive or threatening manner towards our team
9. Liability
We take all reasonable care when cleaning your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the clean. We will investigate and, where we are at fault, arrange repair or appropriate compensation up to the value covered by our public liability insurance.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to items or surfaces
- Damage to items that were not stored safely prior to our visit
- Loss of business, indirect, or consequential losses
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the clean at contact@dncsolutionsltd.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
